Adjacent to the property is an enclosed private patio with an outside tap, making it ideal for dog owners or surfers who need to rinse off their surf boards and wetsuits. Crantock's legendary sandy beach is only a short walk away, making the cottage perfect for surfers, beach lovers and those looking to walk their dog.
The Beach House is also ideally located in the village, with all amenities in walking distance. Crantock has its selection of pubs, a grocery store and a number of attractions, meaning you don't have to worry about driving all over. Fully fitted and well-equipped, the kitchen at The Beach House has everything you need for your stay. With Silestone worktop, electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, wine cooler, dishwasher, remote control extractor fan and microwave, it's a home away from home. Just a short walk away from the property, you will also find the Gothic church of St Carantoc, a Grade I listed building that is still active today.
