About this farm stay rental
Old renovated Farmhouse/House of Character that is not just another rental holiday property but with a home from home vibe!
It’s located on Gozo (small island off Malta) near Xaghra main square (less than 10min walk away) and has a private sunny 19 x 11 foot pool, outdoor lighting, 4 sun loungers, table + L-Shape couch & chairs and an outdoor kettle style gas BBQ.
On the 1st floor is a private sunny terrace + a L- shape cushioned couch area ideal for chillaxing with a glass of wine. There is outdoor lighting creating a nice ambience at night.
The entire house is built with traditional limestone, has high arched ceilings, beams in the bedrooms and floor are in the original colourful Maltese floortiles.
There are 2 bedrooms all + air conditioning and are both with en suite with also a separate bathroom downstairs.
There is also a AC in the living room and a sofa bed suitable for 2 extra people to sleep on.
The house has plenty of authentic old features set in a boutique style inspired homely interior.
It is near the famous sandy Ramla beach and is a very short walking distance from all amenities and the quaint Xaghra village square with plenty of restaurants and bars.

A gem of a holiday home - super stylish, great communication from Sonja throughout, neat location for town and beach (on bus route too), restruants and shops in walking distance, lovely pool, and a very well equipped home.
The house offers all day sun and shade - pending your preference.
The house is on a road, but it does not distract.
If you are staying in Gozo - you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely fabulous property. Clean and decorated so well. Sonja was amazing organising transfers from the airport and a hire car.
Area is quiet but it is a short walk to the restaurants. Lots of wonderful beaches and rocky pools to explore. We didn’t want to come home😢

Wonderful villa, beyond expectations. Sonya is a perfect host, the villa represents her excellent taste. If the villa is available I wound not search more. Hope to visit again in the near future.

We recently spent a week at Sonjas gorgeous house. So comfortable, we hardly wanted to go out! Our teenage son particularly appreciated being able to have his own space - afforded by the sheer number of rooms and outdoor areas. Oh, and WiFi of course! Pool area perfect for relaxing - always a mixture of sun and shade to suit, and the pool itself was clean and the perfect temperature.Bedrooms lovely - air conditioning a very welcome essential - with en suite shower rooms fully equipped with toiletries.The village square is a ten minute walk away, with several great restaurants to try. Lots of delicious fish and seafood.And you can pretty much get anywhere on Gozo in 5-10 minutes by car! A perfect spot for relaxing and recharging the batteries. Thank you.
