Our newly furnished apartment (built in 2011) has a floor area of 65 square meters and is at ground level on a plot of 900m². It is quietly located on a dead end.
The house has a spacious sun terrace and a garden area.
The spacious living room has space for a comfortable sitting area with a digital TV and satellite TV, a Hi-Fi system with iPod Stadtion and telephone.
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove with oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge freezer and, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.), even a washing machine is available. Just as a cozy dining area.
The master bedroom has 1 double bed, which we gladly provide a cot available as well as a high chair.

Wir waren für 1 Woche im Juli 2011 mit unserer Enkelin in dieser super Wohnung. Wirklich alles vom Feinsten. Hier kann man abschalten und sich einfach wohlfühlen.. Der Vermieter wohnt gleich nebenan und man kann mit allen Wünschen zu ihm kommen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Ist sehr geeignet für kleine Kinder, Kinderstuhl und Gitterbett standen zur Verfügung. Im 2 km entfernten Petersdorf findet man einen Edeka und Aldi Markt. War auch am Sonntag geöffnet. Man benötigt eine Auto oder Fahrräder. Die Entfernungen auf Fehmarn sind nicht sehr weit. Im nahe gelegenen Landkirchen gibt es ein super Restaurant. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfeheln und würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren.
