In the comfortably furnished 3-room apartment "Haus zum Haftbruch" Apartment 12 can feel at home on two levels up to 4 people on holiday. The first floor combines an open kitchen with bar and dining area, a bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped from the stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer up to the microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
You can comfortably sit together in the comfortable living area of the second living level. From here you can also access the large south-facing roof terrace. There is a double bed in the living area for sleeping. For very warm days and nights, the existing air conditioning cools down the living and sleeping area.
For your trips to the Baltic Sea upstream environment, you can use two bicycles for free, which belong to this non-smoking apartment as well as a wagon. Since the apartment is allergy-friendly, your pets need to stay at home.
A playground on the property is also available and can be used. It is about 180 m to the beach and about 1.5 km to the center of Boltenhagen.

Rundum eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und ein positives Beispiel für eine angenehme Ferienwohnung!
Sehr nette Vermieterin, Fotos und Beschreibung der Wohnung passen zur Wirklichkeit - das habe ich schon anders erlebt.
Wenn man etwas kritisch anmerken wollte, dann dass das inserierte WLAN (noch) nicht verfügbar ist - kommt wohl im September. Zudem würde ich mir eine brauchbare Pfanne wünschen und härtere Matratzen - aber das sind Kleinigkeiten... wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! 9 von 10 Punkten :-)

die lage ,sehr ruhig und gepflegtes haus. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet ,zum Entspannen geeignet alles vorhanden was so gebraucht wird. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse ,groß mit reichlich Balkonmöbeln. Für uns waren die Schlafmöglichkeiten mit guten Matratzen eine gute Erfahrung ,es war sehr angenehm zu Wohnen .Wir können sagen ,selber die Erfahrung machen und sich überraschen lassen es hat uns sehr gut gefallen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibung ist Identisch mit unseren Erfahrungen die wir gemacht haben.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen, nur wenige 100 Meter von der Ostsee weg. Auch Fahrrad fahren kann man von diesem Ausgangspunkt recht gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehrere im Ort (Markant, Aldi usw.) Sehr schöne Flaniermeile mit kleinen und großen Geschäften, viele Cafes und Restaurants sind vorhanden.
In der Wohnung sind einige kleiner Mängel (Jalousie) Wohnzimmer.
