In the comfortably furnished 3-room apartment "Haus zum Haftbruch" Apartment 12 can feel at home on two levels up to 4 people on holiday. The first floor combines an open kitchen with bar and dining area, a bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped from the stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer up to the microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
You can comfortably sit together in the comfortable living area of the second living level. From here you can also access the large south-facing roof terrace. There is a double bed in the living area for sleeping. For very warm days and nights, the existing air conditioning cools down the living and sleeping area.
For your trips to the Baltic Sea upstream environment, you can use two bicycles for free, which belong to this non-smoking apartment as well as a wagon. Since the apartment is allergy-friendly, your pets need to stay at home.
A playground on the property is also available and can be used. It is about 180 m to the beach and about 1.5 km to the center of Boltenhagen.
