Everything was perfect: starting with the accommodation and the surroundings and finishing with the amazing owner Nadezhda!
The accommodation: this is the place which you enter and you feel very comfortable from the first minute. It is sparklingly clean (really really clean - I know what I am talking about), the owner is very serious about the cleaning and freshness, and in general treats the apartments like if she lived there herself. The apartment is very cozy and feels new but at the same time the stoned solid terrace makes you think that you are in the house built at least a century ago which is super cool. The view from the terrace is amazing: apart from the sea I appreciated to observe the cute houses around and their inhabitants going out on their balconies when it's raining. I loved to have breakfast and drink coffee at the terrace. And oh, that moon at night! You never wish another place for a romantic time: either with your beloved one or with yourself! In the accommodation you can find anything you need, like kettle, sponge for cleaning the dishes, etc. and if there is anything missing, Nadezhda would do her best to find that for you.
The surroundings: I was lucky to come to Rukavac. It's a place where people live, they have their small community, visit each others' houses in the evenings. It does not feel touristy at all. The best beach on the island is just 10 mins away on foot and the path is quite picturesque. There are two restaurants, not super good and a bit overpriced but ok, and Vis with plenty of restaurants is just 15 mins of driving. I was glad that I stayed in Rukavac but not Komiza or Vis, but it depends what you are looking for: this place is definitely not for parties or going out, but for those who appreciate the nature, romantic ambiance, pure sea, and peace.
There are no supermarkets in the village but every morning there is a bakery on wheels that brings fresh bread.
Everything was perfect but wifi could be stronger. But as I understood it's the problem of the whole island.

Very comfortable, clean and cozy apartment in a quiet part of the island Vis. It's only 8 min walk from Srebrna beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (and we visited many). The apartment is very well equipped, you'll find everything you need there. The best thing is the wonderful terrace. It's very well shaded, never directly exposed to the sun, so it's great for relaxing. The host, Nadia, is lovely! She was there to help us with whatever we needed and she gave great tips on where to go and what to see.

Excellent host, she waited for us on the port and she drove us to the property. With host's help and advices we had excellent experience what we will remember always. Very clean and well equipped. Price quality ratio excellent. It was better than our expectations. We recommend.

Second year on Vis and we got the ORANGE apartment with better view on the sea. Absolutely stunning and gorgeous apartment, people and everything. Definitly not the last time here :)
