The neighborhood is established and quiet within three block of Main St. where you can find fabulous resteraunts, lots of shopping and strolling. Also a few blocks to great hiking & biking trails in town, the Animas river walk and boating. Ten minute walk up the mesa trail to Fort Lewis campus.close to Durango Narrow Gauge train station. Thirty minute drive to Mesa Verde or Purgatory Resort & endless hiking in the San Juan Mountains.
