About this villa rental
Ridgewood Lakes is a beautiful golf course community with a 24 hour security guard at the gate located 30 minutes from Disney.
Our Home is a newly furnished great looking single story home with an open floor plan that will make you feel at home.
The bedrooms consist of: Room #1 A King suite that has its own master bath with a walk-in shower and TV. Room #2 is a Queen bedroom with TV. Room #3 is a Full bedroom with TV. Room#4 has a Queen Bed and a Twin bed with TV.
The living room is spacious with comfortable seating a 55” TV with view to the pool area.
Our Kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, dish washer, flatware, wine glasses, plenty of dishes, salad spinner, toaster, knives, etc. etc., etc...
The kitchen also has a breakfast nook that seats four. Our dinning area seats six comfortably
The Pool has also been redone and is all screened in with seating for 8.

I was able to cook , wash my clothes felt right at home . The pool was great ! Definitely recommend

Keep in mind this is Florida and sand ants were apparently in season. It was annoying but owner called and was able to get first available Pest control svs appt.
You need to bring your own supplies for washing dishes and/or dishwasher tabs, laundry, and toiletries. Salt/Pepper provided but no other seasonings or staple items. We knew most of that up front so it wasn't an issue for us.
They use a housekeeping svs -several things were missed which owner planned to address so that doesn't happen again.
Location was perfect and quiet. Pool was great.
