About this apartment rental
**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. Also required is a copy of the driver's license to receive check-in instructions. Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.**
Welcome to Beach Therapy! Located on the third floor, enjoy the amazing OCEAN VIEWS from the balcony, living room, kitchen & bedroom! The Beachhead Condominiums offer a community heated pool in the winter, a community game room, and a playground in the middle for the little ones to enjoy! Enjoy a stroll on the boardwalk that will take you straight to the best beach on the South Texas coast!

CONDO FEATURES
-Condominium, one story, and no elevator. The unit is located on the 3rd floor
-NOT PET FRIENDLY. Regardless of whether it's a service animal or not. This is an HOA rule.
-Fits two standard vehicles in the covered parking below the condo. NO LIFTED VEHICLES!
-Bedrooms located on the left side of the home
-Kitchen, dining, and Living areas
-Flat-screen TVs
-Community Washer and Dryer available
-Game center in the condominium community area
-Play ground
-Boardwalk to the beach
-About a 2-minute drive to the nearest beach access road - Sandcastle Drive.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 6)
-Master bedroom: King size bed
-Queen pull-out sofa
-Second bedroom: Two twin size beds
-Two full bathrooms: Walk in shower. It is a shower/tub combination.
KITCHEN & DINING
-Fully equipped kitchen, with basic essential needs
-Dining table with seating for four
-Breakfast bar with seating for two
-Standard Coffee pot

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Nice condo. Great proximity to the beach and great location in town. Nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Nice pool and clubhouse. Great for families.

Perfect location, direct private access to beach, great views, the house was just what we needed for our family trip. The only issue we had was that our electronic door lock started acting up the last 2 days, but management came and brought us a key so all was well!! A simple house, but just what we needed. Definitely will stay again!!

We had a nice stay. Directions for tv and lack of cable was an inconvenience. Needed beach access code for the gate to enter and was not posted. Beds were comfortable but the rest of the place would benefit from a little freshening up.
