The house has three large bedrooms, large kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, utility room, spacious veranda for outdoor dining. The stazzo is 30 minutes from the sea (north-west coast: Vignola, Rena Majore, Santa Teresa, Palau). 45 minutes from Olbia. The position: away from everything but only half an hour from the sea. Here you can enjoy a pleasant silence, the coolness of the nearby forest, and the night admire the starry sky. The house is surrounded by nature; the place guarantees relaxation and maximum tranquility. Inside the countryside there is a suggestive forest of oaks and Mediterranean essences, where you can spend moments of true peace, and make beautiful walks on foot or by bike.

We stayed at this place with our two children for two weeks. The house has everything you need for family stays including all baby equipment. We have been very satisfied with all the good service and communication with the house owners, they helped us with all questions and problems we had.

This house is the best choice for those who are looking for peaceful holidays, surrounded only by cow bells and embedded in a spectacular landscape. It's very spacy, surely enough for two families with children. The kitchen is fully equipped, supermarkets at 15 minutes distance. The owner provides a simple but sufficient Wifi solution.

We stayed at this beautiful house for two weeks with our two children aged 8 and 14 years old. We visit Sardinia every year and the house was the best we’d ever stayed in. I would thoroughly recommend Giusi and her family as hosts. They were so kind to us and the hospitality and care was amazing! Much more than you’d except on a holiday. The house has absolutely everything you’d need in the kitchen and games for the children! It is very clean and homely, also very cool! It is much more beautiful than the pictures (the views and peace at the house are breathe taking) and Tempio Pausania is nearby where we had amazing dinners and enjoyed festivals. The nearest beaches are only 30 minutes away and we enjoyed the countryside. We also visited Alghero, Bosa, Olbia, Sassari, Palau, Porto Rondo and other villages. The view of the lake from the house was spectacular. There are two large supermarkets Conad and Lidl which are approx 10 minutes from the house. Giusi deserves to do so well with holiday rentals as she is so kind and generous! If you are looking for a wonderful house in Sardinia and still near everything that a large town has to offer, look no further! We will definitely be back to this house.
