Beautiful Provencal two-story house, in exposed and coated stones, with small garden with 5 beautiful olive trees and swimming pool below with its jacuzzi (use only reserved for tenants). SUPER VIEWS ON TOWER VILLAGE AND SUMMIT MT VENTOUX.
NOTE: Following an unfavorable assessment (probably justified), dating from 2016, we have improved the finishes and the equipment, everything is at the top!
Located in a residential area, a 5-minute walk from the village center and a 3-minute walk from the mountain, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, this pretty detached house will please you. It is located 300 meters from the village center and 300 meters from the starting line 0 for timing the ascent of Ventoux by bicycle .....
It is new (built in 2015) and beautifully decorated. Nice benefits and any comfort, it benefits from a very bright and very pleasant interior. All rooms are of course air conditioned. On the ground floor, large living room in which sits a bicentennial olive tree with large volume and apparent starry sky at night, magnificent views of the old village, large screen TV, contemporary fitted kitchen, air conditioning. Clarity, space, volume, postcard views and freedom. 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 very pretty bathrooms, separate WC etc ... Really nice ...
Upstairs, the large master bedroom with dressing room, jacuzzi bathroom, separate WC, air conditioning. From your bed you enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the summit of Mt Ventoux and the old village.
