We had an excellent stay here and everything we needed for a few nights exploring Tenerife.
The location is good with parking outside .
Our host Emeric was more than helpful, which ensured we had a fabulous time.
I would recommend this as a great place to stay in Tenerife.

Emeric the host was exceptional. Helpful , friendly and informative at every turn. He couldn't have done anything more to make us feel welcome. Indeed we will be booking when we next visit Tenerife

Durch die sehr dünnen Wände hört man deutlich das allnächtliche "Hundekonzert" der Umgebung. Schlimmer aber ist, dass man den lauten spätabendlichen Streitgesprächen der Anwohner unter dem Studio ausgesetzt ist. Die enge Wendeltreppe als Zugang zum Studio ist für korpulentere Personen ungeeignet.
Der Reinigungszustand des Studios bei Urlaubsantritt ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, so dass wir selbst Hand anlegen mussten, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Den Umständen und dem Preis entsprechend war die Unterkunft akzeptabel.
