The Nook is a detached log cabin set within the owner's land, in the small hamlet of Authorpe, nine miles from the pretty market town of Louth. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a shower room, a kitchen, a sitting room with a dining area and a first floor mezzanine snug. Outside there is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with decking and furniture. With such a variety of attractions in the area, a visit to The Nook will be the first of many. Note: This property accepts 4 night stays as a minimum.

Wifi (please note the property is in a rural and speeds cannot be guaranteed). Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Loved our stay at the Nook. Lovely clean lodge in a lovely setting. Our dog loved it too with the fenced off area outside. Would definitely recommend this property to friends. We will be back. :)

This was a last minute booking and we were so pleased to get this new property. The d?cor and furnishing were beautiful throughout this property, and everything you need i.e. towels, bedding, all kitchen crockery etc were all there. Even toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar milk etc were provided. Having fresh eggs every morning if required was a great addition.
Outside to the back of the property is a beautiful private decked area, and a large enclosed pen, which our 2 dogs loved running around as it was private just for us.
Even though the cottage is next to the owners home, they were never intrusive and only saw them on day of arrival and departure. They even offered to move the chickens away which were homed near our bedroom window for any noise problems - but we didn't hear a thing at night. from them.
The location was ideal to get anywhere, and Louth the town centre is very near with plenty of shops / caf??s and a beautiful very big church which is a must see.
We cannot wait for the opportunity to go back and stay at this holiday cottage.
