About this villa rental
Villa Blanca is a property of more than 50 000 m2.
The house has about 900 m2, with three floors, built in 1909. Restored several times, the last was held in 2015.
It was built by the broker, Marcelino Coll, then sold to John Pich i Pon, mayor of Barcelona and president of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Pich i Pon landscaped the property with Nicolas Forestier and his disciple Rubio i Tudurí.
In 1940 the grandfather of the present owners purchased the property from the widow of Pich i Pon.
In addition to the above grounds, there is tennis court, frontón court (jai alai), basketball hoop, swimming pool 17 x 7 meters, parking area for 15 cars.
Were filmed several movies (Red Lights, Hands of the Pianist, Barcelona Ciutat Neutral, Felipe and Letizia, etc., as well as many commercials).
The property has an area for horses, a track and a dressage arena..

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped - everything we needed was available. Every bedroom had a dedicated bathroom, most of which were ensuite.Carina was very helpful and addressed any minor issues that we had very quickly. She also suggested a chef who we used on a couple of occasions who was also fantastic.The only thing that would have improved the stay would have been to either have more than one key or to have a key safe where the key could be left safely when everyone left the villa for different places.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Villa Blanca! Our group of 18 felt perfectly at home with plenty of space for everyone. The villa offered something for all ages—tennis for those who wanted to stay active, a lovely pool for swimming and relaxing, and beautiful gardens to enjoy throughout the day. The outdoor areas were especially perfect for shared dinners and fun evenings together. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommended for large family gatherings!

We stayed at Villa Blanca with a group of 16 friends for a milestone birthday, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The property is even more stunning than the photos - spacious, impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. The villa strikes a perfect balance between historic charm and modern updates, with thoughtfully restored details and elegant furnishings. The grounds are breathtaking, full of vibrant flowers, manicured landscaping and even gorgeous horses that made the setting feel truly magical. We spent every day lounging in the massive pool, which was a highlight and much larger than it appears in pictures.Our host Carina was lovely - responsive, helpful, and communicative before and during our stay. We especially loved her sharing the history of the property and pointing out the special furniture and art throughout the Villa. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking for a large group, and we loved the private dinners we booked with Chef Isabel and Chef Cristina, some of Carina’s recommended chefs. The bedrooms all stay fairly cool with A/C, which was essential during a July heat wave and made the stay incredibly comfortable for a large group.Villa Blanca is truly special - a serene, luxurious retreat with everything you need for a relaxing, unforgettable stay.

Words cannot express the wonderful time our group of 6 families had staying in Villa Blanca this summer. The hosts, Christian and Carina were very accommodating to our every need. The house is absolutely beautiful and was very clean. With the windows open to the sea breezes we did not even use the air-conditioning. We loved the beautiful pool, used the tennis and the basketball and walked daily down to the uncrowded local beach, where we could also sit in a beach chair and order Mojtios. Our teenage kids were able to walk around town, use the local gym and have a little freedom (although it is a very quiet town with very little nightlife, which suited us just fine.)The kitchen was aptly stocked and there is a huge walk in fridge, so we cooked up many meals for our large crew, but also used cristinacooks.com for several fabulous catered meals. She brought her two lovely daughter with her to help prep and serve. From the house, we were able to take several day trips to local towns and Barcelona, but my best memories are sitting on the lovely terrace and just enjoying the sea breezes and the bougainvillea. Thank you for making this magical place available to us!
