La casa è situata in un quartiere silenzioso e residenziale a pochi minuti da supermercati e dalla zona balneare, c'è pace ed è ben areato d'estate. Arredata con gusto, funzionale. Siamo stati accolti molto gentilmente dai proprietari che ci hanno offerto anche bevande e colazione. Ci è dispiaciuto dover partire, speriamo di tornarci presto.

Innanzitutto un plauso alla proprietaria per l'organizzazione, la disponibilità e la pulizia!
La prenotazione è stata semplice, anche in un periodo affollato come la prima settimana d'agosto, grazie alla rapidità e alla precisione nel rispondere e alla flessibilità dimostrata riguardo al periodo da noi scelto.
L'appartamento si presenta particolarmente pulito e ben organizzato. In una posizione tranquilla, arieggiata nonostante la calura di quest'anno e facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Il centro di Francavilla è raggiungibile a piedi in dieci minuti, altrettanto il mare, se si è disposti a percorrere una strada in salita al ritorno (la proprietà si trova infatti su un'altura che garantisce un'ottima vista).
Il mare di Francavilla propone diversi stabilimenti balneari intervallati da generose porzioni di spiaggia libera.
Dall'appartamento si possono raggiungere le varie località della costa percorrendo la statale subito a ridosso delle spiagge o imboccando la vicina autostrada.
Per chi vuole cucinare, supermercato raggiungibile in cinque minuti di auto, cucina spaziosa e ampio balcone dove poter godere delle delizie d'Abruzzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane presso l'appartamento della signora Elena, nel mese di agosto.
La casa si trova in collina ma è comunque abbastanza vicina al centro (15 minuti a piedi, 5 in macchina). Vista la posizione in rilievo, si può godere di un fantastico panorama vista mare.
I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fornito numerose informazioni relative ai posti più belli da visitare e ristoranti/bracerie in cui mangiare, oltre a condividere con noi il raccolto dell'orto di nonno Franco.
Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione se torneremo a Francavilla :)
