About this cottage rental
Juanbarterena is a traditional rustic house completely renovated, attached to the owner with separate entrance and access at street level. It is located in the urban area of Ulzurrun, a small agricultural-livestock town of 80 inhabitants with fronton and inn. Located in the Valley of Ollo, at the foot of the mountains of Urbasa, Andía and the mountains of Mortxe and Txurregi, 20 km from Pamplona and 70 km from San Sebastián. The Navarra Arena pavilion is only 20 minutes away by car. Ideal to enjoy a few days of tranquility in a natural and healthy environment.
It has a large garden area with furniture, swings and barbecue.
Distribution of the house:
* Ground floor: living room-kitchen-dining room with access to the garden. It has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, telephone, etc) with low fire, TV, DVD, Wi-Fi connection. Bathroom A double room with single beds. On this same floor there is a large leisure-games room equipped with foosball (adults), board games, and various toys, ideal for children to have fun.
* First floor: Four double rooms with sloping ceilings, with balcony and single beds. Complete bathroom.
- Other services: Central heating and firewood (free)

Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana, 3 matrimonios con hijos pequeños.
La estancia fue perfecta.
Nos decantamos por esta casa, porque nos pareció increíble el contar con una sala de juegos para los niños, no faltaba detalle. El jardín además de la barbacoa, dispone de sus propios columpios, otra gran ventaja para los más pequeños.
La limpieza exhaustiva, (creo que no podía estar todo más limpio.) El menaje del que dispone el comedor, es muy amplio.
Lo más importante, Chelo, su propietaria, hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, recomendaría esta casa, y no dudamos en volver de nuevo.

Hemos pasado una semana con amigos perfecta.La casa súper cómoda, no le falta detalle.Para ir con niños fabulosa.Muy limpia.La propietaria Chelo encantadora,siempre pendiente por si nos faltaba algo.

La casa está ubicada en un pueblo de 80 habitantes. Chelo, la propietaria, está siempre pendiente, si la necesitas. Rodeada de naturaleza, un patio posterior que invita a charla sobre césped y a la luz de la lumbre por la noche o al sol por la tarde. El pueblo está situado en el Valle de Ollo, a unos 30 min. en coche de Pamplona, a 1 hora del precioso Nacedero del Urederra y del Pantano de Alloz, a menos de 30 min andando de Arteta, pequeña población en la que está el Museo Etnográfico más impresionante que he visto, digno de ser visitado y disfrutado por mayores y pequeños. Ha sido una estancia inolvidable para todos y estamos muy agradecidos a Chelo y a su familia por su amabilidad y familiaridad con nosotros. Lo recomendamos 100%

Esta casa hará que tus vacaciones rurales sean maravillosas, el entorno es precioso y tranquilo y ¡¡la casa en sí no puede estar mejor!!Totalmente equipada, limpísima y con una jardín estupendo para disfrutar de la paz de la naturaleza. Y lo mejor es la atención tan exquisita de Chelo, que siempre estuvo a nuestra disposición y nos ayudó a disfrutar aún más.
