About this house rental
Podere L'Uliveta, located along a small country road parallel to the famous Bolgherese, a dream place where countryside, climate and nature are the absolute master of the scene. Just a few minutes from Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, two pearls of Tuscany, famous for enogastronomy and culture.
Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci: the first known around the world for its Cypress Avenue, a small jewel and for superb winery production, and the second for history (where Giosuè Carducci lived there and celebrated its name), typical products , oil and wine.
For lovers of the sea, you can reach in 10 minutes Marina di Castagneto.
The 2 properties are completely independent, distant from each other about 50m. both with their own large garden open on the countryside for exclusive use.
Private car park for two cars .Veranda with sofa to enjoy the wonderful view over Castagneto Carducci for the home THE SALICE and view of the orchard for the house THE CHERRY.

My husband and I loved our stay at this lovely place. Selena and her father are amazing hosts who were always there when we needed them and provided us with everything we needed and also great information about local places to go and the best beaches etc. which was very helpful.
The house is very nice and clean and includes everything you need for a holiday for two.
The house is surrounded by cherry, olive and fig trees which is very nice and makes you relax instantly. We were well able to cook for ourselves as the kitchen is well equipped.
The beach that was recommended to us is only 5 minutes by car and not too crowded which is great. Also the villages have a lot to offer.
We enjoyed every bit of our stay and can recommend it. We would definitely go there again!
