About this house rental
We specialize in offering upscale, stylish, and comfortable short term vacation rental homes including 8 homes and 4 casitas. All of our homes include fast Wi-Fi, memory foam mattresses, resort-quality linens, well-stocked kitchens (pots, pans, seasonings, cooking oils, etc.), bath necessities (toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, towels), newer flat panel smart TVs, and more. Professional cleaning and sanitizing between guests performed by our well-paid staff. Easy self check-in with digital keypad.

Bird watcher's paradise! Quail, cardinals, road runners, and more like to sit on the edge of the pool and grab a quick drink. Because this house is on a private and rugged acre of desert you may see various wild life including birds, rabbits, lizards, and the occasional Gila Monster, coyote, owl, and more. If you should encounter wildlife that causes concern, simply contact Rural Metro for removal.
This very private oasis sits on over an acre and is in a very desirable location close to Tucson's finest dining, shopping, hiking, and biking. La Encantada, Tucson's beautiful outdoor mall with its great restaurants, coffee and gelato shops, gourmet grocery store and awesome assortment of boutiques and home and clothing stores is only moments away as are a pharmacy, bank, galleries and more restaurants!
This property also has easy access from I-10 making it an easy drive from Tucson's airport or Phoenix Sky Harbor or Gateway airports. The stay was AMAZING!!!! EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR. THE VIEW THE QUIETNESS, THE WHOLE FAMILY LOVED THE POOL AND SPA!! ALSO,THE POOL TABLE. THIS IS OUR THIRD TIME STAYING IN THIS AREA AND THE BEST YET, THE HOME IS VERY SPACIOUS FOR A BIG FAMILY..... BY FAR THE BEST!!!! THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR HOME!!!

The house was everything we could have hoped it would be. Clean and comfortable. Between the pool table and the pool and the amazing backyard space with the perfect view we truly enjoyed ourselves.

Wow! What an amazing spring break we had at Hokum House! So many highlights, here are a couple of our favorite moments. - Normally we would be eating dinner out a lot, but the sunset views from the beautiful pool kept calling us back.- Making our Easter dinner was easy in the well equipped kitchen. - Playing games with the whole family on the large outdoor table was great.- We took advantage of the great game closet and tried out a couple new ones. - Plenty of room and space for the grandparents and teenagers. - We enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch looking at the mountains. - The house location was a perfect spot to explore all of what Tucson has to offer. - Communication with the host Magic was easy and I had emailed with a couple of questions ahead of time and answered right of way. The whole family agreed it was one of their favorite house rentals.
