About this apartment rental
This is a meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated, and newly renovated two bed/2 bath condo on the ocean. It has a brand new kitchen, new full size washer and dryer, and new air conditioning system There are two screened-in lanais off of the living room as well as the master bedroom. Both are ocean front where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. The second bedroom has sliders that open to the ocean as well. And - you have your own beach!
There are 5 swimming pools, a three-par nine hole golf course, fitness facilities, seasonal restaurant, and tiki lunch bar. More importantly, it is in a gated and guarded community.
Right down the street there are more public beaches, delicious restaurants and the Ft Pierce Jetty with great fishing and boating. Walking to the opposite side of the complex is the Indian River where you can relax and watch beautiful sunsets.

We had a great stay this property in April. Laurie, the owner, is very responsive and the check in and check out process were very smooth. The condo is in a great location in Ocean Village and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Property was a great find! My family was looking for something simple, low cost and at the beach. The unit was clean, kitchen well stocked, well maintained and very comfortable. The balcony allowed for nice sitting and listening to the waves. You can see pieces of the water but not the beach itself but the waves were so relaxing to listen to. The area had plenty of cheap family activities (small aquarium, manatee observation and education center, Florida oceanographic center with stingray feeding), the inlet is fantastic for younger kids or calm floating, nice town area just off the island with a brewery, ciderwerks and a very nice local coffee shop (Olde Florida Coffee). Laurie was great to work with and answered questions quickly. Not an overly touristy area but made for a great casual family trip! We will definitely consider this unit again when we're planning another trip!
