Loved the location. House had everything! Very comfortable beds and linens. Outdoor shower was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again. Kids had a great time. Older boys in particular loved the pool table in the basement. Host is communicative. A

Well maintained older home with 5 minute walk to state beach, as well asdog-friendly beach (early and late in the day). All the beach toys, chairs, wagon needed for acccess. Parking room for 4-5 cars, room to entertain out back.
Helpful owner. Loved our stay.

Thank you so much Ken and Amy for allowing us to stay at your warm and welcoming home!Ken and Amy's home is a perfect place to stay. We wanted to be close if not on the water and this home was the perfect fit. Although not on the water the walk to the beach was very short like 5 mins and it was great that we didn't have to pay to park!! The home was very well equipped. All you truly need to bring is your clothes, toiletries, and food. We slept in the room downstairs to left of bathroom and could not believe how comfortable the bed was! Typically we do not sleep well when on vacation due to uncomfortable beds. Invited the grand-kids for a day, went to Portsmouth to Sanders fish market then to McKinnon's meat market and had an amazing surf and turf in the backyard! Such a great back yard too! Ken was very quick to respond to any questions, couple blunders on our end, couldn't find lobster crackers anywhere in the kitchen, I didn't look hard enough should have texted Ken sooner!! He directed me to the exact location and there were plenty of them my eyes were just not working for me lol. Also accidentally locked ourselves out of the inner part of the home. Don't panic just call Ken!! He was able to help walk us through getting back into the house. It is so extremely quiet in the neighborhood, hard to believe that the beach is just down the road with the quietness of the area. For hubby and I it was one of the most peaceful, relaxing vacations in a long time. We enjoyed it so much I was on my phone on ride home to see if the same week was available next year. If you have the funds then this is defiantly a place you will be very comfortable staying at! Thanks again Ken and Amy:)
