About this chalet rental

Pretty wooden chalet with all comfort in summer and winter for two people with private swimming pool (children on request) in an olive grove in absolute calm except for the birds, not overlooked, view of the Dolceacqua castle and sea view from the property.
Access is a small, rough but charming and passable road with any vehicle.
Our animal friends are welcome, the site is completely closed.

This is a great, peaceful place. We stayed for a 4 day relaxing stay in Fall. Everything you need is there, nice view over the pool, valley, and olive groves. Efficient indoor space has a lot of outdoor spaces too. Hosts are great—friendly and helpful.

We felt very welcome. Maricé and Denis are wonderful people. They helpt us with planning our trip and our luggage. The accomodation was clean, the view was so beautiful. They are great hosts. We will definitely stay here again.

Von der ersten bis wirklich zur letzten Minute, haben sich Maricé und Denis als liebevolle Gastgeber gezeigt, die Ihr Chalet wirklich von Herzen vermieten. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum, das Einzige was zu hören ist, sind die Grillen. Man kann am Pool wirklich perfekt entspannen. Aber man kann auch Einiges unternehmen, verschiedene Bergdörfer erkunden, wandern gehen, Städte besichtigen (Sanremo, Monaco usw.) usw. hier steht aber Maricé auch mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung - auch wenn es um Tipps für gute Restaurants geht. Das Chalet ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird v.a. verbringt man die wenigste Zeit drinnen. Was auf jeden Fall benötigt wird, ist Mückenspray. Wir waren mit unserem Border Collie Annie zu Gast und auch sie war sehr willkommen und hatte ihren Spaß. Liebe Maricé,, lieber Denis, noch einmal vielen Dank für alles - v.a. für den leckeren Schokoladenkuchen und die sehr nette Gastfreundschaft - macht weiter so. Liebe Grüße Nicole, Nick & Annie

Wir hatten einen wundervollen erholsamen Urlaub in dem traumhaft schönen Anwesen von Maricé und Denis. Beide sind sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Leute die ein wenig die Ruhe genießen wollen genau richtig. Das Chalet war sauber und alles war liebevoll hergerichtet und gepflegt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail errichtet, wie z.B. verschiedene Ebenen auf denen sich der Pool, die Petanque-Bahn und die Außenküche befinden. Ein perfekter Platz zur Erholung. Ganz besonders waren wir von der Gastfreundschaft und der bedingungslosen Hilfsbereitschaft von Maricé und Denis angetan. Die Schokoladentarte war der Hit.

Mooi huisje met zwembad tussen de olijfbomen op een heling in Dolceacqua (Ligurië )

Maricé en Denis zijn zeer aangename mensen , altijd beschikbaar voor een leuke babbel en geven de nodige uitleg i.v.m. de omgeving. We hadden samen een zeer leuke avond met een lekkere meegebrachte Belgische Trappist en de getoonde astronomie opnames die we gemaakt hadden in België ( Vlaanderen ) werden zeer gewaardeerd. Maricé spreekt verschillen de talen( jammer genoeg geen Nederlands 😉) , haar zelfgemaakte pizza is super lekker. Als bedanking hebben we ter plaatse voor Maricé en Denis een Startrailfoto gemaakt. De locatie ligt ook op een korte afstand van de zee, vb Bordighera, Ospedaletti, enz... zijn zeer leuke plekjes om te vertoeven. Volgende plaatsen zijn ook de moeite om te bezoeken : Colla Melosa , Pigna, een sterrenwacht in Perinaldo, Seborga, Apricale . Hou rekening met de aanwezigheid van muggen en de smalle weg naar het huisje , maar de locals maken wel plaats zodat je de helling kan oprijden. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad !! Pour nous séjour idyllique, le lieu hors du temps, le calme avec détente assurée. Le chalet est parfaitement aménagé, rien ne manque et la cuisine extérieure est super. C'est celle que nous avons utilisée. La piscine est idéale pour se détendre en fin de journée. Les propriétaires Denis et marice sont vraiment très agréables, disponibles et accueillants, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites poses café pour échanger. Pour résumer un très très moment que nous espérons pouvoir renouveler et une adresse que nous recommandons. 😊�

Un grand merci à Maricé et Denis pour leur hospitalité ! Le chalet est absolument charmant, la propreté irréprochable, le tout décoré avec goût. Maricé est une hôtesse en or qui se met à la disposition de ses visiteurs pour toute information nécessaire au bon déroulement du séjour et prévoit même de petites attentions qui rendent l'arrivée encore plus agréable. Mon ami et moi avons passé un séjour parfait dans cet écrin de verdure. Le paysage et la tranquillité du lieu sont vraiment exceptionnels. It was a piece of paradise!! Maricé and Denis are verry friendly hosts who did everything to make you feel taken good care off. The house was everything they promised and more. Beautifull view, nice pool and it was wonderfully quiet. Maricé and Denis provided a wonderfull lunch for us and we could take tomatoes, herbs and grapes directly from the garden. The house is up the hill but everything you need is in the environment. Dolceacqua is a lovely town to eat and the mountains and the sea are not far. Maricé and Denis thank you to make out holliday unforgetable!! See you again.

Volevamo una vacanza rilassante e in questo chalet tra ulivi centenari siamo stati divinamente. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni necessità ci hanno accolto calorosamente. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans ce petit coin de paradis. Nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas visité les environs autant que nous l'aurions voulu tant l'endroit était calme et reposant... Dolceacqua est un superbe petit village qui gagne à être visité, ainsi que la région dans son ensemble. Les paysages, les habitants, la gastronomie,..., tout était à la hauteur de nos espérances. Maricé et Denis sont des hôtes à la fois discrets et très accueillants, très agréables et toujours disponibles pour renseigner ou répondre aux questions. Nous reviendrons plus que probablement =)

Wir haben unsere Hochzeitsreise im Chalet von Maricé und ihrem Mann verbracht. Die beiden sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und stehen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Das Chalet selbst ist nicht wahnsinnig groß, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und wir haben sowieso die meiste Zeit draußen - z. B. am Pool - verbracht. Auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Man kann Wandern gehen oder an den Strand fahren. Man sollte allerdings nicht mit einem zu großen oder geländeuntauglichen Fahrzeug anreisen, weil die Straße zum Chalet recht eng und etwas holprig ist. Wir hatten jedenfalls eine sehr schöne Zeit und können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.

Un havre de paix au milieu des Oliviers ! Merci à Maricé et Denis pour leur accueil très chaleureux ! Aux petits soins pour nous mais discrets, de belles personnes. Le chalet est très agréable et bien équipé (correspond aux détails de l'annonce), les jardins et terrasses qui l'entoure sont jolies et agréables !, la piscine PRIVATIVE au milieu des Oliviers est juste parfaite !, et les températures intérieur (Climatisation, même si très peu utilisée) et extérieur (Ombragé et petite brise permanente) sont très supportables !, et que dire de la vue..., rien je vous laisse le découvrir par vous-même. La propriété est magnifique, situé au calme dans la "montagne", accès en voiture largement faisable même en coupé (voiture très basse) et parking COUVERT, juste parfait. Prévoir 10 minutes pour aller en ville (DOLCEACQUA) c'est le prix de la tranquillité, belle ville médiévale avec des restaurants et des petites boutiques typiques. Des balades magnifiques à pied et en voiture avec de magnifiques petits villages très typiques. Pour le ravitaillement il faut compter 15 minutes (COMPOROSSO), divers supermarchés avec de bon produits. La mer est à 20 minutes (VINTIMILLE), Maricé ne manquera pas de vous donner les jolis coins. Pour les amoureux du shopping, il y a une très belle rue piétonne à SAN REMO, à 30 minutes. Pour finir Maricé parle 5 langues donc pas de panique pour les Français ! Je ne peux donc que vous le recommander !
