Super cozy, detached vacation home with fireplace and sauna in Summio Park

At the beginning of 2018 our house was completely renovated and partly refurbished for you and for us, since we also use it ourselves.
All walls were painted white, doors and radiators were painted white.
The living room was given a new, cozy, bright seating area in front of our beautiful open fireplace.
The new dining area offers enough space for six people.
All bedrooms have new large wardrobes and some have new beds.
One bedroom would be equipped with a nice new white bunk bed and a small children's table group.
All bathrooms have been given a new wash basin with enough storage space.
The hit is our beautiful new light-flooded chilled gallery with cozy furniture.
We have also moved a large wooden terrace from Bankirai, which is south-west facing. All ways around the house have been widened and two parking spaces are now in front of our house.
The garden is the way you could want it:
waxed all around and very private with deck chairs and new editions.

The holiday home (approx. 85 sqm) is located in a sunny location in Laandal Park Port Greve in Brouwershaven. The facility is specially designed for families with children and active holidaymakers. The house is south-west facing and is divided as follows.

Ground floor:
Large, bright living and dining area. Modern equipped kitchen with gas hob, mini oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Modern living area in beige, open fireplace with 1 lounge chair. 200 by 80 large dining table with bench and 4 chairs. A marble bathroom with tub and toilet. There is a washing machine in the storage room.

A bedroom with a 1.60 m wide double bed and wardrobe. A second bedroom with two 80 x 200 m wide single beds and a wardrobe. A third bedroom with a bunk bed 90 by 200 and a wardrobe. A large shower room with sauna and toilet.

Garden:
Nice big, mature garden. A large, beautiful wooden terrace has just been finished, a large seating area has found space on it. It can be parked in front of the house (2 cars).

Child Facilities:
A cot, a high chair and a children's table with 2 chairs are available.

Gas, electricity, water, WiFi, and VAT are included in the rental price.

Charges:
In addition, tourist tax of € 2.00 per person and night is payable. We charge these costs with the administration fee
Housecleaning (mandatory) 65 € (to be paid in cash on site).
Security deposit (mandatory) = 150 euros (to be paid in cash on arrival, repayment on departure)

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are to be brought along
or to rent (to be paid on site):

1 sheet + 1 pillowcase + 1 cover

Package 2 = € 2.50
1 bath towel + 1 hand towel
