A Sensational PRIME LOCATED, OCEAN FRONT, Boutique Styled Villa, perfectly placed for you to enjoy ALL DAY SUN by the Private Pool and within 60 seconds leisurely walk to beautiful Los Gigantes Village, Marina, Beach, Bars & Restaurants. Renovated & Redesigned to an Extremely High Standard including Furniture, Beds, Bathrooms & Kitchen with Granite Work Surfaces. The Living Area is Very Spacious & has the benefit of a 52' Flat Screen TV which receives BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV 1, Channel 4 & 5 plus various Film and Sport Channels, in addition we have Super Fast WiFi and a Fantastic Sound System with Dock allowing Guests to bring their iPod & play music of their Choice. All Bedrooms have been Redesigned & all Benefit from having Very Comfy New Beds and Designer Bedding. The Villa has 2 Individually Designed Bathrooms (1 main bathroom & 1 en suite). Outside there are Magnificent Views of the Sea & a Beautiful Private Pool along with Sunbeds and a BBQ for Al Fresco Dining in the Evening whilst listening to the Sea against the shore line.
Complimentary Meet & Greet Service : To help you get the best out of your holiday we will always have our representative at the Villa waiting to Greet you upon your arrival at the Property. Once you have entered the Property our representative will offer you refreshments before taking you on a guided tour around the Villa. Our representative will do her best to ensure you are completely comfortable and that you are familiar with the Villa Layout and how all the Villa utilities operate. Our representative speaks both English and Spanish and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have with reference to Los Gigantes and the surrounding area. In the Villa you will find our Villa Guide which again will have lots of information in it to help you locate local amenities, places of interest and things to do whilst on your holiday. In the villa guide will be our representatives telephone number who will be on hand in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Complimentary Welcome Pack: We believe you deserve a 5 star service at our villa so with this in mind and with our compliments we will have fresh bread, preserve, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and orange juice waiting for your arrival. If you have a special occasion whilst on your holiday that you would like to celebrate in style then we can also provide flower's, chocolate's, wine and of course champagne, whatever you require we will do our best to oblige.
Amazing Location with Outstanding Views: The Villa is positioned in an amazing front line location so it is strongly suggested you pack your binoculars, the sensational picturesque views from the Terrace/Balcony area's allow you to look out over the bay towards the island of La Gomera which you can see during your holiday. You will have fantastic views from the Terrace and Balcony of the small boats and fishing vessels traveling past the villa. Look out to sea and if you are lucky you will see bottle nose dolphins and common dolphins surfacing in the clear blue waters of the bay & if you are very fortunate you can even see long finned pilot whales, these animals are amazing & are well worth looking out for whilst you are relaxing and sunbathing on the villa terraces.

Our second visit to this villa and we were not disappointed.Everything was as we expected and immaculately clean when we arrived. The beds are really comfortable and the pool is great for cooling down.One small hitch was fixed after we reported it so all in all I would highly recommend this accommodation and the efficient way in which it is managed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.No complaints whatsoever!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s in a beautiful location, close to the marina and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The beach itself is quite small, rocky, and does get busy, but going early makes it a lovely spot to enjoy.The villa has everything you need for a home-from-home stay. It’s tucked away, off the road and gated, which felt very safe and ideal for children. The pool is smaller than we expected but was perfect for little ones, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Gary was also very helpful when we arrived, which made settling in easy.There were a few things to note: the beds in the main room were a little hard (though the other bedrooms were very comfortable), and the bedrooms would benefit from blackout blinds as it gets very bright early in the morning. Being close to a hotel meant it could be a bit noisy in the evenings, but the location made up for it with convenience.The pool was only cleaned once during our 10-day stay, and we did run into an issue on day 8 which meant the children couldn’t use it for a short time – however, it was resolved very quickly. Parking was also a bit of a challenge, as the nearby streets had limited space and the villa’s private space is on a hill, making it tricky with a larger family car.Overall, despite these small downsides, the villa is a lovely place for a family holiday, with a great location and plenty of positives that made our stay enjoyable.

Villa really more suitable for 4 people or 6 max. Pool is tiny. Comfortable beds and comfortable seating area for 5 people. Kitchen is under equipped for a family. The villa does feel in need of a bit of TLC in places. Position is great as just a few steps into the village and 10 mins to the beach. It also has a lovely open aspect to the rear with great views. The parking space is tricky, very steep and in fact we couldn't use it as the ground scraped the bottom of the car. An SUV would likely be ok. The housekeeper was easy to deal with and very helpful. Overall we had a great week's stay.
