Tout. Le parking avec accès à l'immeuble pour une grosse voiture. La vue, la plage, le confort, le calme bien que ce soit dans un quartier fréquenté avec tous les restaurants. Les magasins juste à côté. Belle terrasse. Matériel fourni pour la plage et la climatisation importante car nous étions en pleine canicule .Absolument tout était parfait. Les photos sont en dessous de la réalité. Et en plus les feux de la saint jean de Palamos visibles de la terrasse et magnifiques. Un grand 60 M2 très bien conçu avec 2 vraies salles de bain avec WC
