Het plekje boven op de heuvel is magisch, prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving met ‘s nachts de sterren. Heel prive en compleet andere ervaring, once in a lifetime dat je zoiets vindt. En eigenaar Jesús probeert alles om het je naar het zin te maken.

De weg ernaartoe is best spannend, stijl omhoog. Naar beneden is een andere route dus we zijn niet vaak tegenliggers tegengekomen. Als je dit eng vindt, moet je dit huisje niet doen. Het huis is geweldig maar wel een landhuisje met z’n beperkingen. Alles doet het op zijn manier.

My wife and I had one of the best holiday experiences staying at this property. The rural charm of the house and its surroundings made us feel completely immersed in nature, with animals around and the peaceful beauty of the countryside. And there is complete calm no one around you, only you and nature. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the host. They went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable! From giving us a tour of their farm to allowing us to ride horses through the mountains, they truly made us feel welcome. They also showed us hidden hiking paths in the forest and introduced us to some breathtaking spots we would never have found on our own. Any small issues we had were resolved immediately and with care, showcasing the host’s commitment to ensuring we had a perfect stay. If you’re looking for an authentic rural retreat with an amazing host, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

If you're seeking an authentic rural experience, this is a must-visit—but keep in mind, it’s not a 5-star tourist resort with daily room service or prepared breakfasts; it’s about immersing yourself in nature and embracing a more agile, hands-on adventure. It is for you if you are not looking for a resort to lie near the swimming pool all day long and order cocktails. It is not for everyone I suppose.

The cottage is much more spacious than in the photos! Enough space for kitchen, working desk/table, fireplace and a bed. The shower is beautifully decorated. Outside is also very beautiful - trees of all kinds, vegetables, a horse stable, etc. The 4 dogs and a horse were the delights of our stay - we fed them, pet them and spent a wonderful time together. All of them have very distinct characters and different personalities. Jesus was the most hospitable and open host I've ever met, he offered help & assistance in every possible way, we even spent the whole day driving and looking at the gorgeous places across the island - he truly showed us around as a local. Thank you so much and I'll certainly be back at some point.
