This charming home is newly redone near the best waterfront restaurants and Bay Beaches in East Hampton. This home has been completely refinished in almost every way both outside and in. New pool patio and liner, siding, roof, trim and fence outside. All new furnishings top to bottom with a freshly refinished floor and renovated kitchen and baths inside. A beautiful and inviting custom free form pool along with lush landscaping ensure a quiet and serene escape. Master bedroom with en suite bath on main floor and large bright and open living space. Two bedrooms and a large shared bath complete the upstairs. Just a short drive to the village of East Hampton as well as Amagansett. This is a truly special home with lots of care given to ensure you have a wonderful Hamptons Summer!

We had a great stay! The rooms were nice and very clean, and the highlight was definitely the amazing pool and beautiful backyard.

We had a great time staying at this property. The check in process was very smooth and house has nice amenities including bluetooth outdoor speakers, wifi, cable, and a BBQ. Overall the house was perfect for our getaway from NYC. A short ride into the town of East Hampton or 25 minute ride to Montauk. We would happily return to rent Mike's home again!

This property is beautiful inside and out. We took walks each day to the Springs General Market for breakfast, and even walked to the Jackson Pollack house, all a short walk away. The pool is beautifully maintained and the decor of the house feels so modern and clean. We had a lovely weekend in this house and the home owner was so quick to respond with any questions we had along the way! We stayed with two other couples and two little ones, and everyone had such a fabulous time. It was lovely to be able to eat outside! And the house is equipped to play blue tooth music throughout! Perfect summer get-away. Can't recommend enough!

My family stayed at this property for a week and had an amazing time. The house is clean, has an open floor plan and everything seemed brand new. The outside had a nice deck attached to the living room and the pool was lovely. Mike was great answering any questions we had before and during the stay. We would definitely return to rent again next summer!
