About this apartment rental
First floor apartment Building Las Americas, has one bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom; terrace with unbeatable sea views. The building has an elevator, including private garage, large gardens, swimming pool with lifeguard, restaurant only for residents, children's play area, tennis and paddle, paddling area practice table tennis and tennis multipurpose sports (football, basketball ...). It has private access from its facilities at the seafront of Islantilla, 50 m. Islantilla Mall and only 400 m. Golf Club.

We (a couple) stayed here in February/March. Cesar (and family) met us on arrival at the property and were available (by phone) throughout the holiday. They were very helpful both before and during our stay. The apartment is in a great position overlooking the sea and catching the afternoon and evening sun even at this time of year. The gardens open out onto the beach which is 25kms long and which was virtually deserted. Fantastic for a winter getaway. The apartment is very clean and well stocked and the bedroom and balcony are particularly spacious. There is a designated space in the underground carpark which would be a real bonus in the busy summer months.
Islantilla is very, very quiet at this time of year, but there are a few local restaurants open (Pavarotti, Bahia and Mirador) and several more a 20 minute walk away in La Antilla (La Fonda is good value). There is also a large supermarket nearby.
