Room was quite spacious and clean. But it's not very near any train station and will have to walk a distance up the hills. If your luggage is heavy it might not be easy. The staffs are also friendly and nice

The room is spacious compare to other budget hotel in hongkong. Our room is also so clean there are room cleaning everyday and change our towels and bedsheets everyday. Thank you. But I would not recommend it if you are looking for hotel that near mtr or bus station. This hotel is 15mins walk to mtr

Good place and will book again! Location is quite convenient but need some walking. Advising not to take the small green bus with your luggage because your luggage will block people. Just take a taxi or big bus interchange to your airport bus. Receptionist uncle was friendly and thanks for trusting us not smoking.

If you do not care about services, room itself is clean and tidy, with no free mineral water provided. Within 15mins walk to mong kok station. Biggest impression the staffs gave me, they like to make assumptions and decide for their customers with no empathy. 1) I booked room with 2 single beds but the staff gave me a smaller room (these 2 rooms cost differently). It was 1am midnight and I have to carry my luggage up and down to settle this. In the process, the staff, he, did not express any sign of apologies and keep giving excuses such as "My colleague arranged the room", "Solo traveller normally will not want two beds". Even though the change of room was quick, but the staff kept saying "没事没事"（it's fine) , sounding like I am causing him trouble, which makes me even more upset. I expected a sincere sorry for his mistake. 2) Laundry service was stated in the amenities lists but when asked, the staff, another he, gave me a big NO. Later in the night I showed Agoda's room details page, then he changed and said yes and again added on with excuses "nobody used this service anymore, that's why we say no". If so, remove this amenities from your room details! Because of this wrong information, I couldn't send out my laundry as I will not get them back on time. If they answered me with the right information in the morning, it would be right in time. Lastly, this stay hosts mainly female guests, but most of the staff I saw were male. Only once I saw a lady at the front desk. As a female solo traveller, I booked this stay expecting mainly female staff, which I would feel safer with.
