In de nabije omgeving fantastische.mogelijkheden om te wandelen. Ook waren er supermarkten in de nabije omgeving.
Dat het gelegen was naast drukke weg, veel auto's en vrachtverkeer dat langs raast. Dat er geen ventilator aanwezig was en geen mogelijkheid tot stofzuigen.
