About this house rental
Comfortable and private home-feel-type modern apartment with one bedroom and one bath. Ground floor. Private space and separate entry. Perfect for couples. Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air while relaxing or drinking your morning coffee on the back porch. This cozy getaway is nestled among live magnolia, mimosa, and oaks in the heart of the Outer Banks.
Cozy one-bedroom and one-bath apartment on the ground floor. Private entry and the entire place to yourself. Smart TV with Netflix access but no full network.
The kitchenette includes the following: Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee maker.
Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included.
Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar.
There are linens for the bed and two sets of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.
We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean.
Pet friendly $50 per stay. Max 2 dogs please. There is a cat that lives in the common outdoor areas. The owner lives upstairs.

Space is more beautiful than depicted online!! Was pleasantly surprised with the bedroom and outside spaces! I would stay here again :)

The property was very nice. The unit felt homey, relaxed, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub was lovely and the backyard so pleasant with blooming rose bushes and seating areas. Easy access, easy communications, easy everything.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. It was the perfect amount of space for us and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, rooms were clean, and house was quiet despite staying with other guests. Necla was very kind and checked in on us during our stay. Hot tub and sound access was wonderful. Close to shops and restaurants, hard to walk to the beach with crossing the main road but we had no problem finding free beach parking so it was not an issue. Definitely recommend!
