About this house rental
Beach front, large corner lot, with unbeatable ocean views from this desirable 82nd St location! These breath taking views span from Avalon to Atlantic City from almost 1000 sq ft of decks & covered porches. Four bedrooms plus a loft, 3.5 baths plus an outside shower provide plenty of living space with a kitchen, dining room, and a great room spread out over 3 floors offering 3 levels of expansive decks overlooking the sand and sea. There is 1 King plus bathroom in the master suite, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a pull-out sofa bed on the 3rd floor loft, allowing sleeping for 12 people. Additional features are a 2 car length garage plus 2 car parking pad and a large outdoor cedar shower. Come and experience Townsends Inlet's finest location!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean and gorgeous with plenty of sleeping room. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was incredible. Art was a great host and was available for communication. Would love to come back!

I don’t have one bad thing to say. The whole experience was perfect. Communication with Art was top notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was perfect for our three families and the 5 kids 9-14. My 9 year old said “it’s amazing!”
Plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. I am thankful for the core memories our families made on this trip!! ❤️

The owner was very kind and responsive and the house was lovely. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views of the ocean are spectacular.
