Villa of 2018 in haven of peace in 2 steps of the most beautiful beaches (beach of the Dames, Clère and Souzeaux) and the town center of Noirmoutier on the island, ideal to spend a stay with family or between friends.

-5 bedrooms including 3 parental suites (beds of 160 with independent bathroom in each suite), 1 large room for 5 persons (with also its bathroom) and 1 dependency pr 4 persons (1 double bed of 160 and 2 beds bunk, bathroom and toilet)
-Fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, senseo switch, nespresso, microwave, toaster ...)
-Large living room in apparent stone giving on terrace wood and swimming pool; outdoor kitchen available (griddle and barbecue available)
- Billiard room and video arcade, coffee table and table tennis available; Wifi available
-5 parking spaces
-Various bicycles of various sizes (6 bicycles)
In summary all to spend a wonderful stay on the island of Mimosas ...

-Possibility to rent in mid-week or Week-end in September and October

We had a simply wonderful time. Eric and his family were brilliant, the house was lovely and swimming pool, table tennis table and pool table used massively by our kids. The villa is set in a quiet, private street but is within 10 minutes of the main part of Noirmoutier and 5 minutes of the beaches. Fabulous.

Friendly host, excellent location and close to the best beaches on the island. The bikes at the property were not really usable but we found a friendly and reasonable bike rental place at the top of the road (next to the police station) that we highly recommend. Unusual that there were only two toilets in the property, and not in the ensuite, other than that it was excellent.
