Small farmhouse, charm of the old in a contemporary spirit, on two levels (fitted kitchen - induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer-, living room with fireplace; bedroom, shower wc on the ground floor; bedroom floor, shower, wc), with, 20 meters from the house, an independent guest bedroom (shower and wc), in an old fitted tank. Large wooden terraces, two hectare olive grove, in absolute calm, facing south, in one of the most beautiful villages in France, Coaraze.

Even better than the pictures, in our opinion. Incredibly beautiful home in an amazing location. The property is expansive and unique - we loved the wild lavender and rosemary everywhere. Not far at all to Nice and a perfect, quiet escape from the city. Dominique was a great and communicative host, and gave us several nearby spots to check out. Highly recommend.

We spent 10 days at Dominque’s property and didn’t want to leave! The property comprises of three separate rooms with their own shower and toilet, so best suited to couples or those with older children.
We cooked many meals there and there were many essentials that we could use.
The drive is about 30 minutes to Nice , so best to buy food etc beforehand in the nearby town. The space outside is amazing with many olive trees and numerous herbs and different levels for you to sit and just enjoy your surroundings. The kids spent their days by the pool and there are also hammocks , swings and table tennis to entertain. I love what Dominique has created, an atypical property that is full of charm and delight. Also any if you have any issues, he will be at hand to answer any queries.

La piscine n'est pas terminée, à notre arrivée le gite était très très humide, pas de volets ni rideaux à 2 chambres, pas de cafetière électrique. Dommage car le cadre est magnifique et l'accueil de Dominique chaleureux
