Palm Mar is 100% residential, without hotel or disco and without traffic. Ideal place for vacationers wanting to be close to everything but in a quiet, elegant, exclusive and sought after area. Palm Mar is near the tourist area of Los Cristianos and Las Americas in just 10 minutes by car. Tenerife Sur Queen Sofia Airport is 10 kms away. Palm Mar is patrolled continuously by a private security company as well as the local police.
You will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank etc ... all at 50m walk from the apartment. The rural beach, the promenade and the beautiful Malpais Nature Reserves of La Rasca (popular for walking and trekking) are less than a two-minute walk away. There, you will discover a volcanic and colorful landscape along the sea. You can admire the diversity of animals and wild plants of the place and Tenerife. Terraines golf, water sports, horse riding, excursions, harbor, etc. just 5-15 minutes away by car. A beautiful white sand beach beach club with restaurant is open since July 2014

The apartment is ideally located with great views from the balcony; just a couple minutes from the beach, offering walks along the pedestrianised prom and beyond.
A very clean, modern and well equipped apartment situated on the 4th floor, serviced by two lifts.
We stayed 13-20 December, the weather was glorious so the fan provided in the bedroom was a must for overnight comfort. The bathroom had a good powerful shower, which is always a bonus on holiday.
Palm Mar is the perfect low key resort for a relaxing break, with a good choice of restaurants/bars/coffee shops. The resort also has two well stocked supermarkets.
Our favourite place for a coffee or cocktail was Bahia Beach where the views and ambiance were lovely.
Great communication from Chantal and also Jennifer of ‘Be Clean Canarias’.
We would certainly return to Palm Mar and to this apartment.
