Great place, great ambience, comfy beds, easy parking.

Great location for seeing our family, easy access to nearby village shop. Good to be able to park the car in the rear yard. We enjoyed the cozy feel of a place that had been designed to accommodate the visiting family´s needs.

It was difficult to figure out how to use the stove area.

Very enjoyable stay in a lovely location

Lovely ground floor apartment with lots of period features and modern touches. We liked having a shower (not over the bath) and parking behind the property. Easy walk to the local shop which was well stocked and the Bildeston Crown for drinks and food.

Cosy and comfortable house in a nice small traditional town.

Really nice little property with nice old world feel. Easy to find and park. Good sized sitting and dining area. Kitchen more than adequate. Comfy beds and good quality bedding. Good Wifi. Pubs with food within walking distance. Would recommend.

Beautiful place, will book again but bring a microwave and moses basket

Lack of Microwave - essential when have a newborn and need to sterilise. Couldn't get the travel cot to stay up so couldn't use it, then couldn't get it to fold back down.

Could of been better

The beds looked like they was slept in and the kitchen bin was full other people rubbish, when it states in welcome pack to remove your rubbish and it was cold

flat ok everything you need.Warm and lovely hot water for shower.great walks from the door.Dog friendly.did the job as was attending a family funeral.Good pub with in walking distance and local shop with very helpful staff

Very busy road so very noisy.Front door opens onto pavement so care needs to be taken.And didn't realize it was a flat.Cleaning could have been a bit better used tissue under bed and random pair of socks!!!

Beautiful decor and comfortable but needs some maintenance

Decor is beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Convenient parking spot and handy shop just down the road for any essentials. Central heating warms the place up fast

There were some cobwebs around the apartment and the bedside light in one of the rooms could really have done with a clean, as could some of the cutlery and crockery in the kitchen. The shower lacks water pressure and can be hard to set to a comfortable temperature. The hot water comes out absolutely scaldingly hot so be very careful when using it. The TV also intermittently wouldn't show a picture, probably due to a damaged looking cable.

Lovely location in a beautiful village. Great dog walking in the local area. House is so cute and beds really good quality so enjoyed, restful sleep. Well equipped and well stocked local shop few doors down. Owner Sammy very helpful
