The apartment is on the first floor of a quite new building with basement parking and an elevator. It is right along the seaside and has a great view from the balcony. There are neighbors around, but otherwise it is a rather quiet area. The village center is within walking distance. Larger supermarkets are just a few minutes drive away.
All the necessary equipment was there, certain extra kitchen tools would have been nice. Which we let the owners know, so I think they will make improvements. The owners only speak Spanish except for a few English words. However, with a little Spanish on our side and them having some online communication translated it worked out fine.
