A localização é ótima. A anfitriã um amor de pessoa. Quem me recebeu foi a irmã na verdade. Sem palavras para descrever a cordialidade.
Único ponto negativo que achei no apartamento, e óbvio nem é culpa da dona, é não ter acesso da garagem aos elevadores. Se torna ruim carregar as malas, principalmente se tiver chovendo.
