Sicuramente la posizione, la pulizia e l’accoglienza del Sig.Luciano che con la sua puntualità e disponibilità ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. Che bello incontrare persone che mettono passione in ciò che fanno! Grazie di cuore per aver fatto di tutto per rendere i nostri 4 giorni vissuti da voi indimenticabili!
La struttura ha risposto appieno alle nostre esigenze.

Il bellissimo alloggio è situato in una zona molto tranquilla dalla quale si raggiunge il centro cittadino a piedi in pochissimi minuti, le stupende spiagge di Porto Cesario Le Dune e Torre Chianca distano circa cinque minuti in auto, Torre Lapillo qualche minuto in più, Punta Prosciutto circa un quarto d'ora scarso. A prescindere dall'ottima posizione la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più comunque è stata l'estrema cura in ogni dettaglio e l'estrema pulizia della struttura. Complimenti !!!! Il proprietario Luciano è una gran brava persona gentile, simpatico e si rende disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Speriamo davvero di rivederci presto. Sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per una prossima vacanza a Porto Cesareo.
Il soggiorno nonostante sia stato di una settimana è stato troppo corto. Speriamo di tornare presto e restare più giorni.

Proprietari gentilissimi, ma soprattutto posizione strategica per arrivare al primo lido in soli 10 minuti a piedi ed in centro in soli 5 minuti.

We’ve pay more than 1200 euros for 6 nights, meaning that it was about 200€ per night.
For that price we’re expecting much better than what we found. And we also pay the normal touristic tax (18€ for two) as we enter the apartment.
What we’ve pay for:
Apartment with air conditioner with 50 square meters, private terrace, free parking for the car (with no reservation), ocean view, common garden.
What we got: apartment with air conditioner with 18 square meters, a terrace (that isn’t private because doesn’t have a door it simply it’s the last one of the stairs so they assume that no one uses it), the parking doesn’t exist.. it’s the normal parking parallel to the street (sometimes we had to park blocks way…), we couldn’t see the ocean in any point of the apartment, in or outside the house, neither on the terrace; the garden doesn’t exist either, it’s the floor of the entrance of all of the apartments where they storage the trash and the person on ground floor hang their clothes.
We arrived around 11pm, but in the next morning we talked to the owner. He answered that, on booking, we just choose the “general apartment” and then was given to us whatever were available on that time. As he understand that we weren’t happy about it, he offered to show us the 1st floor apartment that it happens to be free. After some talk about it he said sorry for the inconvenience and give us the keys for the 1st floor apartment and, as it was free, said we can use it and also continue to use the balcony on the 2st floor.
After we moved all of our clothes, bags, food; towels and sheets for the 1st floor’s apartment we realised that the air conditioner wasn’t working. We called the owner again, wait for him to arrive, he tried to fix the problem himself, by doing a manual reset, but didn’t work, so we had to wait until the next afternoon for the technician and finally it worked.
