It was definitely quiet, and the location was excellent for going to King's for poker events. Perfect for a couple colleagues sharing a place to save money.
The main reason anyone stays at a rental apartment, hotel, or otherwise, is because they need a safe, restful, comfortable place to SLEEP. The importance of a comfortable bed cannot be understated.
This apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained, but the bed..... the bed. The box that the twin mattress sits inside of makes it uncomfortable, as you hit the hard edges all night. The mattress itself is hard and inexpensive. The linens also budget quality. The spare pillows in the wardrobe saved things a little bit.
If people stay at your place primarily to sleep, please, invest in high quality bedding and mattresses - everything else is very secondary.
Only other complaint, the wifi filters a lot of common websites, including media streaming. If you know how to tweak your VPN, you can bypass it, but just annoying. Appears to be about 10mbps down, 3 or 4 up.
