Imali smo veća očekivanja od hotela sa 5 zvjezdica. Lokacija hotela je dobra, osim sto su tucepi veoma malo mjesto i nema bas desavnja. Hrana u hotelu bi mogla biti bolja i raznovrsnija. Imali smo sobu sa pogledom na planine u kojima je noću buka od ventilatora od hotela tj toplotnih pumpi ili šta god tako da smo morali spavati sa uplaljenom klimom iako nije bila potreba. Takođe cistacice počinju cistiti već oko 7 sati ujutru pa ako zelite odspavati malo duže smetace vam buka. Spa nije na nivou hotela od 5 zvjezdica, jedna sauna i jedno parno kupatilo koje se bas neugodno osjeti.
Pozitivna stvar je lokacija, lijep pogled iz hotela, infiniti bazen i ljubazno osoblje, ali sve u svemu ima dosta toga za popraviti kako bi hotel opravdao ocjenu i to da ima 5 zvjezdica.
