The place was as described and shown in the pictures. Small handy apartment. Ideal location 5 minutes from the beach and about 8 minutes to the strip. The price was very reasonable €104 for two people for two nights.

There was a small bit of uncleanlyness but to be fair for the price it was alright. There was also metal stairs outside our place that people was going up and down during the night it was quite loud but again for the price it was still reasonable.

Maria è una persona gentilissima ci ha accolto parlando in lingua italiana ,fornendoci tutte le informazioni sui posti più belli da visitare ,la struttura si trova al centro di laganas ma lontano dal caos della movida,la struttura è fornita di tutto quello che serve per essere funzionale .Lagas è la zona migliore per i tour organizzati,fantastica quella delle tartarughe.Ci torneremo per rimanere qualche giorno in più

La dame était super gentille , y’a pleins de places où garer la voiture , le studio était bien propre , fonctionnel la Clim qui fonctionne super bien et l’emplacement

Great location and decent pricing, it is a very inexpensive way to stay near Laganas in Zante and flexibility with check in

The facilities have only bed sheets, towels and a roll of toilet paper provided, other than that it lacked even hand soap in the bathroom, what bothered me the most is that the payment is made with cash on hand without receipts, this gives room for the owner to claim that you haven't paid for your stay, which happened during my stay, so be cautious because it might have been an attempt to get additional money from unsuspecting visitors.
