About this house rental
Welcome to our special home in Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
This super clean, renovated and family-owned cottage is located just a short 3-minute walk to Beach 4. This relaxing retreat is perfect for those much-needed getaways from the city, and is equipped with:
*a full kitchen and eating area
*large family room area with 2 couches
*laundry area with washer and dryer
*3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
*spacious deck with BBQ & fire pit for your use
There’s something to do all year round! This cozy retreat has been the keystone of many beautiful memories in our family, so all we ask is that you respect this space and we hope the memories you create here are ones you will always cherish.
LOCATION
We’re located in a great little neighbourhood that is extremely safe. Stunning corner lot, steps to gas station/corner store. We are walking distance to delicious ice cream places (Mr. Norm’s Nephew – a town favourite!), restaurants (Catch 22 – a personal favourite), McDonald’s, and Tim Hortons. LCBO & Superstore are a 5 minute drive away.
Located just a 25-minute drive away from Blue Mountain Village, home to the Blue Mountain resort – the ultimate summer and winter destination, as well as the peaceful Scandinave Spa. Open 365 days a year, there’s always something to do at Blue!

Beach Area 4 is a much less touristy, more quiet part of Wasaga Beach. There are a few commercial rentals here but mainly the homes and cottages in this area are owned by full-time local residents and seasonal cottagers who return year-after-year.
One of Beach Area 4’s redeeming qualities is its expanded green space – there is a bike trail, picnic tables, and a large playground all surrounded by tons of beautiful shady trees. It’s safe to BBQ in this area and lots of family reunions are held here. The beach is literally a hop, skip and a jump away!
****REGARDING COVID-19****We have always placed an emphasis on the health & safety of our guests and this includes the cleanliness of our home. We work with a small team of incredible cleaners who have enhanced their cleaning procedures to ensure a perfectly sanitized space (following WHO guidelines) for you and your group to enjoy and simply relax knowing that the cottage has taken every precaution to ensure your safety***If there is anything we can do to make your arrival more comfortable for you - PLEASE let us know :)**We look forward to hosting you!!**

The house is spacious and so nice and has everything you need for a stay.
It was comfy and private and my sister and I had a wonderful time relaxing outside and walking to the beach. It's so close and even on the long weekend, wasn’t too busy.
Only a couple of downsides - there was a plate of food left in the fridge when we arrived and just a word of caution - don't lock the handle of the front door as you won't be able to get back in. We were locked out of the house for 3 hours waiting for a drive in from Toronto to find the key to get us back in.
Overall, a lovely place.

loved the cottage! Everything was so clean and tidy. The cottage itself is very spacious.
The backyard and deck area were also very spacious and very private (except for what looked like a camera in the next half of house facing the firepit)... ???
It was a great getaway with the family,.

House is amazing! So clean. Everything was so organized. Jennifer is an amazing host. So accommodating and approachable. Ample parking. Close to beach 4 and boat launch. All amenities within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Jennifer!

This property was a great size for our little family. It was very spacious and VERY clean which was much appreciate. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. It was a little bit far from the main beach area - as in far to walk so we ended up driving and then had to deal with finding parking. But in the evenings we appreciated the quiet.
Jennifer was great start to finish with the communication and we would definitely considering staying here again :)
