The apartment, classified 3 *, is on the ground floor of a 2-unit villa, located in front of the Château beach in Kersaint, a village located in the commune of Landunvez. With a living area of 70 m², it can accommodate a maximum of 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
The beach is 30 meters away: at the end of the garden, you just have to cross a small road.

- A bedroom with a window, equipped with a double bed 160x200, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers
- A bedroom with a window, equipped with two 90x190 single beds, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers
- A bathroom with multi-jet shower, a cabinet with sink, a cabinet, an electric towel dryer and a hair dryer
- A laundry room with window, equipped with a washer-dryer
- A separate toilet.
Each room is equipped with one or more electric heaters.
Hot water is produced by an electric cumulus.
