About this apartment rental
very large 100m2 two-room apartment consisting of a spacious entrance hall with, on the right, a double living room on one side with dining area and desk, table for 4 people and office area with internet and mac computer.
on the other a living room with sofa and coffee table and television with 200 channels
on the other side of the living room, a kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, grill, microwave, plates, food processor and cookeo
on the left, a large bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room

the apartment comprises a double living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a tastefully decorated bathroom 100m2 OR 1076 sq.ft.
the apartment is located in a well-maintained art deco building from the thurties very modern and spacious very large living room with desk and computer for working a large bedroom with private bathroom parquet flooring and large bow-windows
luxurious modern-style apartment located in the center of paris, a 10-minute walk from the marais, on the 4th floor with elevator building dating from the 1930s entering the building after passing through a large hall an elevator will take you to the 4th floor the apartment is decorated in a contemporary spirit with a few classic touches
the spacious entrance hall opens to the right onto the large open-plan living and dining area and to the left onto the kitchen and bedroom with its full en-suite bathroom the parquet flooring in the main room and the large bow window in the living room give this elegant, renovated apartment a special cachet
the fully-equipped kitchen offers all the convenience and equipment you might need during your stay to prepare tasty meals a vitro ceramic stove a combined microwave oven - a refrigerator with a separate section freezer krupps toster coffee maker and glasswarecuterly disshes and utensils are stored in the many and varied cupboards
near the window, the dining area features a circular glass table with 4 chairs
in the hall, the dining room features an elegant square wooden table and 4 modern chairs
also facing the window is a 1930s desk, ideal for writing and using the apple imac computer
a large mirror reflects the daylight provided by the large bay window
on the other side is the living room with a designer sofa and a pair of red velvet armchairs
west-facing bedroom with king-size bed 180 cm by 200 cm
with a private dressing room large enough for your personal clothes accessible from the bedroom you enter the tiled bathroom complete with a large beautiful shower a wasbassin and a mirror
cable TV with international channels telephone internet
I ask guests to remove their shoes so as not to disturb the neighbors below because of the wooden floor and as a hygiene measure slippers are available in the apartment.

We could not have been happier with this lovely apartment- wonderful views, vibrant neighborhood and great amenities. The check in process was very smooth and our host left a helpful binder of instructions (dishwasher, etc) and recommendations.

We recently stayed four nights at the apartment and it does have an excellent view over the Boulevard below. You are fairly high above the street and the large, new casement windows provide excellent views while blocking out noise during the night. This is a relatively large, sunlight filled, 1 bedroom apartment with the bedroom in the back of the unit which helps block noise from the street when you want to sleep. The interior appointments are charming and very well considered and the apartment was very clean for our stay. We also loved the relatively small, well maintained elevator that is located in the building. It was charming….and reliable.If you really want to get a feel for living in Paris, this would be the place for you. The location is excellent for walking around less-touristed areas of the city. You can shop, drink and dine like a local while exploring many of the simple pleasures that make life in Paris very enjoyable. We will definitely return.

I stayed at Jean-Pierre’s apartment for a month and absolutely loved it! It is clean, safe, welcoming, and in a great area. Having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher was very convenient, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bed is a true king size and extremely comfortable (not too hard, not too soft, just right!), and the bedroom is quiet with big windows making it easy to cool the room if it got warm. There are plenty of fans too and adjustable heat if you're traveling in warmer months. The location in the 11th is perfect. It feels more local and less crowded than Le Marais, but you are just a short walk away from Le Marais, and the metro (Saint-Ambroise or Richard-Lenoir stops) gets you anywhere quickly. The elevator is charming, though I often took the stairs, which helped work off all the pain au chocolat! I stayed for a month and would absolutely rent from Jean Pierre again. He is responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The weekly cleaning was also a huge bonus and extremely thorough. My favorite things about the apartment were the natural light, the comfortable couch and bed, the walk-in closet, the great shower, and the view out the front windows. I spent hours people watching. I already miss both Paris and this apartment. A few local tips: Marché Bastille (every Thu/Sun), La Boulangerie Polka, excellent coffee downstairs at Del Carmen, and dinner at Au Passage right down the street. Merci Jean Pierre!
