LOVELY LOFT IN HISTORICAL CENTER

We enjoyed our time staying at studio. The apartment was a central location to the various sites in the city and it felt like a comfortable oasis to come back after exploring during the day. We felt welcomed by Valeria. She spent many time with us making recommendations for various restaurants in the area and giving us tips for our visit. We would recommend staying here. Nella splendida cornice di Piazza Kalza abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni indimenticabili. Un grazie speciale a Valeria per la sua calorosa accoglienza. Coccolati in un grazioso e confortevole appartamento abbiamo trovato le condizioni ideali per trascorrere una bellissima vacanza, immersi nei colori, nei sapori e nelle bellezze della magica Palermo. Se ritorneremo? Certamente si! E saremo felici di condividere la nostra bella esperienza con i nostri amici! Cara Valeria ancora grazie da Rosa e Donato.

E' bellissimo appartamento nel Kalsa, un posto centrissimo, Due camere di letto e un salone e cucina, tutti con arredamento con stilo. Ci sono anche pitture sui muri. Le stanze hanno altezza di 5 metri poi ti senti come saresti nel palazzo vero! Valeria e' molto gentile e ci ha spiegato tutti buoni ristoranti e posti dove vale la pena visitare. Solo qualche passi dall'appartamento e' una museo, galleria regionale di Sicilia dove puoi vedere l'Annunziata di Antonella da Messina. Allora tutto vicino, anche piazza Marina con bel parco e ristoranti intorno - e Carrefour. Vi raccomandano veramente quest'appartamento!

The flat is in a fantastic location with easy access to all areas of the Historic Centre and shopping. The waterfront is a 2 minute walk from the flat.The flat is a semi basement flat so is dark. We were able to keep the front door open during the day and both windows open. The bathroom is compact but works well with great water pressure in the shower.The kitchen is also small but has a full 4 burner gas hob and plenty of storage. The kitchen also has a full size fridge microwave and kettle.the loft bedroom area is spacious with 2 wardrobes and 2 bedside chest of drawers.The apartment also has air-conditioning.The living area is in the basement with a spacious sofa that pulls out too two beds and a 4 seater dining table.there is also a full washing machine, small ironing board, an iron and a vacuum cleaner.The cupboard where the washing machine is located also has ample space for luggage.The only two negatives are how dark the flat is and unfortunately the neighbours who are loud constantly.The host Valeria was fantastic and was very responsive. I know the flat is now being refreshed and updated.I am also aware Valeria is working to ensure the neighbours are more respectful and quite.The free bus is a 2 minute walk from the flat. A fruit and vegetable shop as well as a bakery 2 minutes away. a mini market just around the corner and a larger supermarket 5 minutes walk. the flat is walking distance to museums, restaurants, churches and Sunday market.
