Nice stay !

It was a tiny village, but our stay was very pleasant. I felt at home. The people and staff were so incredibly kind.

Nice hotel with bad customer service

The location was nice, right in the heart of Lens. There were really nice places to go by foot. The room had a good size. The mattress is old, but they placed a top mattress, and it made the bed comfortable.

The room was quiet, but there are no blackout curtains, and the window blinds didn't work - and noone helped me to close them. There was lots of light in the room during the night because of the street lamps, and the room was fully light at sunrise. If being in a dark room is important for your sleep, this might not be a good option. It was impossible to communicate with the staff. I tried messaging and calling and getting answers to my questions, the messages and emails went unanswered, and the phone calls were answered by a very rude woman that seemed bothered by my calls and didn't have time to answer. It is a shame that such a nice place gives such a bad impression and low quality customer service. They didn't even answered Booking questions.

The hotel was beautiful, very friendly staff. Once we got there, we were greeted with drinks and amazing help from the manager. The room was beautiful with the best shower ever! Hotel is located in beautiful village surrounded by Alps. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The only thing it's the breakfast open at 8.00 but the cook was not there until 9.00 this happened only 1 day. Without the cook the breakfast it's not so furnished.

very clean, modern facilities, welcoming and accommodating staff. Coffee machine / kettle and toiletries all supplied for the guests . Exceptional meals on both nights, we particularly enjoyed the Thai specialities.

Very poor lighting in the bedroom, almost impossible to read a book in bed. Insufficient electric sockets for all the equipment and no multi-prise supplied.

Very modern room, with a nice bathroom at charming location. The staff was very helpful, we had to drink few beer at the restaurant :-) The breakfast was perfect. Room equpped with Nespresso machine! Priceless :-)

Perfect place for a hiking weekend.

Great location for hikers, the price-quality ratio is excellent, and the host at the Auberge de l'Union is very welcome. No issues to find a parking place, seriously, I don't see what else you might need.

The restaurant closes at 9pm, so it might be a little early for some but otherwise there is nothing that went wrong.

Charming location up in the hills. Very fresh and modern room, with a nice bathroom. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was nice! Room had nice amenities, like the Nespresso machine!

Das Früstück bestand nur aus Brot,Konfitüre,Butter,Kaffee und Orangensaft. Habe am zweiten Tag bemängelt dass ein wenig Fleisch und ein Stück Käse erfreulich gewesen wäre,die Besitzerin gab zur Anwort dass wir danach fragen hätten sollen,bin der Meinung dass es an Ihr liegt es uns anzubieten.

Das Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt.

Au top!

Chambre magnifique et hyper bien équipée situé dans une belle auberge au milieu d’un charmant village. Grand parking gratuit à 30 secondes de l’auberge. Super point de départ pour le site « Christ-Roi » en 30 minutes à pieds. 10 minutes en voiture est on se retrouve à Crans-Montana. Personnel hyper efficace et très sympathique. Enfin un petit déjeuner raisonnable et responsable. Pas de buffet gargantuesque mais exactement ce qu’il faut et sans gaspillage alimentaire qui plus est, compris dans le prix.

Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre mais le ventilateur à disposition nous a sacrément dépanner. Petite suggestion toute simple: soit mettre un petit rideau ou petit store sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain pour gagner un peu plus en intimité.
