Correct place, close to Crans Montana

Very comfortable bed, good location, kind staff

Towels are a bit too old / used Breakfast could be more variated (we had croissant, mini pain au chocolat and bread (however bread was delicious))

Decent price for a nicely updated room in Lens.

Hotel portion, rooms, and bathroom were nicely updated. Small refrigerator for storing food. Location is in the center of Lens.

Staff do not replenish supplies in room (coffee, toilet paper, towels, etc). Breakfast consists of orange juice, croissants, bread and jams, coffee.

It was a tiny village, but our stay was very pleasant. I felt at home. The people and staff were so incredibly kind.

Nice hotel with bad customer service

The location was nice, right in the heart of Lens. There were really nice places to go by foot. The room had a good size. The mattress is old, but they placed a top mattress, and it made the bed comfortable.

The room was quiet, but there are no blackout curtains, and the window blinds didn't work - and noone helped me to close them. There was lots of light in the room during the night because of the street lamps, and the room was fully light at sunrise. If being in a dark room is important for your sleep, this might not be a good option. It was impossible to communicate with the staff. I tried messaging and calling and getting answers to my questions, the messages and emails went unanswered, and the phone calls were answered by a very rude woman that seemed bothered by my calls and didn't have time to answer. It is a shame that such a nice place gives such a bad impression and low quality customer service. They didn't even answered Booking questions.

The hotel was beautiful, very friendly staff. Once we got there, we were greeted with drinks and amazing help from the manager. The room was beautiful with the best shower ever! Hotel is located in beautiful village surrounded by Alps. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The only thing it's the breakfast open at 8.00 but the cook was not there until 9.00 this happened only 1 day. Without the cook the breakfast it's not so furnished.

very clean, modern facilities, welcoming and accommodating staff. Coffee machine / kettle and toiletries all supplied for the guests . Exceptional meals on both nights, we particularly enjoyed the Thai specialities.

Very poor lighting in the bedroom, almost impossible to read a book in bed. Insufficient electric sockets for all the equipment and no multi-prise supplied.

Nice setting, good food and very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities in our room were fine and we were especially impressed with the bathroom.

Location so quiet, bus system to Crans. Room surface. Freshly renovated. Kindness and efficiency of staff. Restaurant in house. What a chocolate cake ! 😁

Very modern room, with a nice bathroom at charming location. The staff was very helpful, we had to drink few beer at the restaurant :-) The breakfast was perfect. Room equpped with Nespresso machine! Priceless :-)

Perfect place for a hiking weekend.

Great location for hikers, the price-quality ratio is excellent, and the host at the Auberge de l'Union is very welcome. No issues to find a parking place, seriously, I don't see what else you might need.

The restaurant closes at 9pm, so it might be a little early for some but otherwise there is nothing that went wrong.

Charming location up in the hills. Very fresh and modern room, with a nice bathroom. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was nice! Room had nice amenities, like the Nespresso machine!

la situation et le parking

L'escalier et le corridore n'ont pas vu un balai et de l'eau depuis très longtemps. C'était très sale et de ce fait on amène toute la saleté dans la chambre. Les chambres ne sont pas très propre non plus, surtout quand on regarde dans les coins. Le miroir dans la chambre avait beaucoup de poussière dessus. Les portes, les cadres de portes sont très salles. Les linges de bains ont été dans un état déplorable.... je n'ai jamais vu cela. Par contre le linge de bains et le lit étaient propre et ils sentaient bon.

Court séjour mais très bien
