Nice bed and breakfast with secure parking and nice big rooms with enclosed bathrooms. Access to outside sitting area. Good breakfast. Fair prices. The place is a little south of town but as one tends to travel by car, it only takes a few minutes to get there. Very secure and fenced.
There is very little sound proofing, so in particular room 1 get the breakfast noise from 06:30 - pack some ear plugs. The rooms further back are less affected and the self-catering rooms are even in a different building.

Everything was fine just our first room had a stained bedsheet and creaky headboard. After we were accomodated in another room we found that the next morning there was no hot water..in the middle of winter!
