About this apartment rental
Situated mid-way between glamorous Cannes and the charming seaside town of Mandelieu La Napoule, this apartment is seconds from 3 pools and just across the road from a lovely sandy beach. Whether a holiday or a convention stay, Royal Palm is a great spot.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower/bath and vanity unit, sliding doors lead to the private outdoor terrace.
The second bedroom has two single beds, ample cupboards and an en-suite shower room.
There is a cloakroom with toilet in the hallway.
Linen and towels are all included.
The fully equipped modern kitchen features a washing machine/dryer, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, oven, hob, and dishwasher.
Lounge / dining: The spacious lounge/dining area has two large sofa's and a table for 4. The room opens onto the terrace, which is furnished to accommodate six people in comfort. The terrace is secure for young children and is a tranquil place to read a book or doze on a sunny afternoon. We have electric blinds which offer soothing shade on hot mornings and afternoons.
Along with a smart TV there is an old school DVD player and a good selection of DVD's and of course wi-fi. There is also a selection of childrens pool and beach toys plus games and books.
To the rear of the property and close to our back door is an assigned parking bay. All parking is secure and within the development. Please note that there is an airfield at Mandelieu and during busy times such as the film festival, Lions we do have helicopters flying close by.
We like to be flexible and don't insist on specific changeover days and neither are you restricted to 7 nights (except for July and August), we are happy to quote for shorter stays and for just two people.

The owners and management team were exceptional. We needed to be there early… and we were accommodated without fuss. The apartment was clean and in a prime position, just 20 yards from the door to the sea… I will speak to the owners about returning someday… I can only completely recommend them. Very nice people. A wonderful apartment, at a reasonable rate, and a very caring attitude from our hosts. You will be very lucky, if you decide to book here.My thanks to the owners.

Spent a week here in August and from the moment we arrived everything was outstanding. The cleanliness and attention to detail were superb and we could noy have asked for more. The pool (s) are lovely and never too crowded and the location was perfect. Communication was excellent and I am looking forward to returning. Wonderful in every aspect.

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in der Residence Royal Palm sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirm, Kleiderständer). Die Lage ist perfekt! Über die Strasse und man ist direkt am Strand. Der Strandabschnitt war auch nicht zu überlaufen, es hatte genügen Platz.
Tolle Poolanlage, wobei es leider sehr wenig Schattenplätze hat und keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind.
Wir würden dieses Appartement wieder buchen!

Gorgeous apartment with plenty of space for two colleagues traveling to the Cannes Film Festival! The outdoor patio was lovely for morning coffee. The check-in process was provided by the manager who made sure I knew where everyhing was and how to get on the internet. It was lovely to be received by a real human instead of just a lockbox! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
