The property has three bedrooms (king-size double and two twin rooms) and two bathrooms plus a new designer kitchen and comfy, light and spacious living room with double height dining area and access to a mezzanine office space. From the living room, French windows open out to a panoramic terrace with coal BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for 8 people. From here you overlook a magnificent, newly laid pool terrace and private swimming pool (10mx5m) surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols and a beautiful landscape of forested national park with the hills of the Cote d'Azur rising in the background. At the bottom of the garden is a gate through which it's a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and boulangerie and to some great walks.
