About this house rental
The house has approx 150 m2 with 4 bedrooms all exterior and bright and 2 full bathrooms, as shown in the drawing.
1) Suite: located at the end of the house, bed has brand new queen, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and comfortable all brand new.
Bathroom inside the room with bath and hairdryer.
The room is open and is separated from the rest of the house connected to it by a small inner courtyard which is accessed through a glass door, which makes it very bright.
2) Single room with entry to the common bathroom. It has a single sofa bed doing while not in use, and makes wardrobe cupboard once.
When connected to the inner courtyard, also it has a glass door which makes it very bright.
3) Room with double bed with latex mattress + single bed, wardrobe and bedside table: ideal for couples with a child / a.
It has a window overlooking the courtyard, making it very bright.
4) Room with 2 single beds, bedside table and wardrobe.
This room overlooks the front lawn.
5) The lounge has 2 brand new sofas, coffee table and dining table up to 10 people. The wall of the room to the outside are sliding glass doors, so the lighting is assured and access to grass, to eat lunch / dinner in it and watch TV at the same time.
6) Kitchenette in the living room has all new furniture, hob, hood, lamp, oven and toaster. The refrigerator is especially wide and is the only electrodomñéstico that is not brand new.
7) The house has a lawn at the entrance of the apartment of 40 m2 equipped with water and electricity.
8) Facilities: TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine brand new, 4 ceramic plates, electric machine for cutting grass, refrigerator combi special wide brand estractora hood, toaster oven, coffee maker, answering automatic, electric barbecue, sheets, comforters, bath towels and hand, 2 baths, awning, table and chairs for the lawn, double glazing on all windows and glass doors.

Estuvimos 2 parejas y pasamos 3 días increíbles!La casa es en perfecto estado con todo prácticamente nuevo,pegado a la playa de los Lances y a 10/15 min andando del centro de tarifa.Maxima comodidad en el sitio perfecto,Sin duda repetiremos!!Gracias por todo!

Hemos pasado un grupo de 8 personas una semana en esta casa, y la experiencia ha sido excelente. La casa está en perfecto estado, las camas son amplias, la cocina equipada, los cuartos de baño en buen estado. Todo limpio. Tiene un salón muy agradable, y un jardín/zona chill out en el que pasamos casi todo el tiempo. La casa está ubicada a menos de 30 metros de la playa de los Lances, y a 10 minutos a pie del centro de Tarifa. En frente de la casa hay varios bares/restaurantes para desayunar/comer/cenar con buena relación calidad-precio. El vecindario es tranquilo. La playa de Valdevaqueros está a 10 minutos en coche. Mercadon a 10 minutos andado o 3 minutos en coche. En definitiva.. ubicación inmejorable.
El propietario es una persona super amable, y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que sea para que la estancia sea lo mejor posible.
Totalmente recomendable.
