About this villa rental
This lovely 3 bedroom villa is located just meters from the sea and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes drive to Ayia Napa. 30 mins from Larnaca Airport, it is an excellent villa choice for families and mixed couples looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, but close enough to get to the nearest beaches and Ayia Napa.The villa is modern and nicely furnished. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with cosy seating that convert into beds and Smart TV. The dining area seats 8 persons and the fitted kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs features a further 2 double bedrooms, one which has doors leading onto a spacious balcony with fabulous sea views. There is also a family bathroom with bath upstairs and separate shower cubicle and toilet on the ground floor. The villa enjoys an expansive garden area with a large swimming pool. There is lots of room for sunbathing and outside dining. Free WIFI and freeview/smart TV are available and the villa is full air-conditioning.
The outside has sun beds, sun umbrellas, table and chairs for 8 people.

The Ayia Thekla area is a quiet and scenic location just on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. The area has 2 lovely beaches a restaurant and a supermarket, whilst all the amenities of Ayia Napa are just a short drive away.

All rooms were clean, the pool was excellent as it had steps suitable for my partner. You had a sea view. The host was very helpful with a few issues quickly solved.

We had a great time at Villa Harsha. Spacious for two adults and two teenagers.Quietter area but not too far from Ayia Napa and nice beaches.Management team were very helpful when I accidentally closed security box before setting new code!

We stayed at Villa Harsha for 19 nights.The Villa is beautiful, with everything you need.It is maintained to the highest standard. Well looked after and all seems as if it was only placed there yesterday.The pool is great with sun on it nearly all day.BBQ Facilities for a bit of outdoor cooking.Nice quiet Cul-deSac location and not overlooked by the surrounding Bungalows, it gives you that extra feeling of privacy to enjoy your time in & outdoors.Neighbours are polite and quiet also.Pool cleaned twice a week, Villa cleaned on a weekly basis if you are staying longer.The guys (& gals) who come are friendly and nothing is too much trouble if you need to ask any questions.Car is recommended unless you enjoy Taxi'ing around, but having your own transport is good for shopping further afield to stock up on home comfort food & drinks.Although Ayia Thekla Supermarket is within walking distance anyhow and does have everything you would need if cooking at the Villa etc.When I leave a review, I always like to add a pointer at the end... You know, some recommendation that could have made the stay a little better, but this time I cannot find anything that I would wish for differently during our stay.It was "PERFECT" Thanks George for sharing Villa Harsha.We will be back.
